Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on - Additional Terms of Service

agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("you") and Google Inc. ("Google") regarding your use of the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (the "Service"). By clicking to accept or agree to this Agreement or actually using the Services, you are entering into this Agreement with Google and indicating that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions as stated, please do not click to accept or use the Services.

1. Priority. This Agreement, in combination with Google's general Terms of Service (available at http://www.google.com/terms_of_service.html) sets forth the terms and conditions under which Google makes the Service available to you. In the event of an inconsistency between this Agreement and Google's general Terms of Use, this Agreement shall control.
2. Revocation. In addition to its rights under the Terms of Service, Google may, upon notice to you, revoke and terminate the license and rights granted to you under the Agreement at any time.
3. Restrictions on Use. Unless you have received prior written authorization from Google, you must not access or use the Service through any technology or means other than those provided in the Service; redistribute, sublicense, rent, publish, sell, assign, lease, market, transfer, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties; work around any technical limitations in the Service; or use components of the Service to run applications not running on the Service.
